We will be joined by Brodies Solicitors who will be covering contract interpretation and how to deal with contractual claims in the JCT/SBCC form of contract, related to the impact of COVID-19. In particular, key factors to bear in mind when assessing claims for additional time and money, as a result of both site closures and the ongoing effect of the pandemic now sites have re-opened. This is a great event for Part Three Candidates and will conclude with an interactive Q+A session.
