Rock Cove
Rock Cove is a dramatic new-build home that cantilevers over the sea on a rocky promontory on the Rosneath Peninsula, creating the feeling of being suspended in the air. Located on a tight narrow strip of decommissioned MOD land, the bespoke single-storey house has used its site constraints as the main design driver to create a long linear box featuring four bedrooms to its garden facing rear elevation, culminating in a spectacular sea facing living area to the front, with floor to ceiling glazing and a decking area beneath the timber soffit, creating a viewing platform.
