Elder and Cannon

A 152 unit mixed tenure development including both mainstream affordable, amenity housing alongside homes for mid-market rent, on a large cleared site bridging between Ibrox Stadium and Paisley Road West directly North of the M8 motorway, Bellahoustoun Park and across from the Dumbreck area at the Western edge of Pollokshields. The site stands as something of a gateway to Ibrox and the intact tenemental grain of Paisley Road West. Beyond the site to the west the city is much less formal or coherent in urban terms.

Westwood Student Mews

Westwood Student Mews is an innovative residential development for students of Warwick and Coventry Universities, designed to nurture its student community through spacious individual accommodation complemented by generous communal areas and outdoor spaces, supported by a recreation and management suite for student services.

The development reflects the residential nature of its environment, sited on the edge of a tired suburban neighbourhood, it is hoped that the injection of investment, positive and modern design ethos and a young, fresh population will act as a catalyst to revitalise the surrounding area, improve crime rates and bring employment opportunities to the existing community.
