Sandbank on Iona is a new house built on the footprint of a demolished house built in the early 1960s. It has the same form and massing as the original building but with 4 levels internally not 1. It is planned around a central top lit stair and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms a large kitchen/dining/sitting room and an upstairs living room.
