The 152th Annual General Meeting of the Glasgow Institute of Architects will be held online at 6pm on 11th June 2020 using Zoom.us.  The AGM has been rescheduled from the 11th April due to the spread of Covid-19 and the response to support our members at this time, please see the W B Whitie Benevolent Fund page for further details.

Why Online? 

The move to an online AGM is in response to the spread of Covid-19 and the decision taken by the GIA to postpone other non essential activity. 

This decision is a preventative action to protect our members and their businesses at a time when business continuity will be challenged. The health of our members and the ability of our practices to deliver work will take priority in the coming months.

What next? 

Please keep an eye out for your confimation email that will include the 'Join Link' for Zoom.us. 

You can download and install the Zoom Client for Meetings, for free, prior to the AGM. It is advised to join the meeting early if you still need to install Zoom and this process should only take five minutes. 

In the event of technical dificulties we would ask for your patience as we adapt to this new system.
