Gannochy Trust Lifetime Neighbourhood
A new intergenerational neighbourhood for the Gannochy Trust, designed to integrate with neighbouring model homes constructed by the Trust in the 1920s. Not only is the new neighbourhood well integrated in terms of massing ,scale and urban design but careful consideration of the existing tenant group means new housing will accommodate their future needs as they age, and will also attract younger families and accommodate carers to create an inclusive and resilient community.
